1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the daka 7 platform, creating an account, or using any of its services, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform.

These terms form a binding legal agreement between daka 7 and its users. Our Privacy Policy and any other specific guidelines are also considered part of this agreement.

2 Account Registration and Management

2.1 Registration Requirements

To create an account on daka 7, users must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information. The name, date of birth, address, and contact details provided at registration must be truthful and legally valid.

• Each person is allowed a maximum of one account.
• Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

2.3 Right to Close Accounts

If a user engages in fraudulent activity, operates multiple accounts, provides false information, or violates these terms, daka 7 reserves the right to permanently close that account and seize the associated funds without prior notice.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

Funds can be deposited on daka 7 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. The correct amount and reference number must be provided at the time of deposit. daka 7 is not responsible for any deposit that cannot be processed due to incorrect information.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (for each method).
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer (e.g. Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank).
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Transactions in cryptocurrency or any other digital currency are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests are generally processed within 1 hour of submission. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. To withdraw funds earned from a bonus, the specified wagering requirements must be met.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

The daka 7 welcome bonus is a 100% match on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times — meaning a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳15,000 in wagers.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus may only be claimed once, unless the promotion details state otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Only deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer are eligible for bonuses.
• daka 7 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if suspicious or unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Bonuses should not be treated as free money; they are always subject to specified wagering requirements.

4.3 Right to Change Promotions

daka 7 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time. Changes will be published on the platform and will take effect from the date of publication.

5 VIP Program Terms

The daka 7 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier provides a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, 0.8% at Platinum, and 1.0% at Diamond, calculated on weekly net losses.

For example: a Gold tier member who has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 in cashback. Cashback is generally credited to the account at the start of the following week, subject to applicable wagering requirements.

• VIP tier progression depends on the user's overall activity on the platform.
• VIP benefits are non-transferable.
• daka 7 reserves the right to change the structure or benefits of the VIP program.
• VIP benefits may be cancelled in the event of a terms violation.

6 Responsible Gaming Obligations

8.1 Technical Errors

If a software error or technical problem in any game or betting activity causes an incorrect result to be displayed, daka 7 reserves the right to void that transaction and refund the original deposit. Withdrawal requests based on erroneous results will not be processed.

8.2 Mobile App

Content from third-party game providers such as Evolution, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, and others is governed by their own intellectual property regulations.

11 Limitation of Liability

daka 7 accepts no liability in the following cases:
